This negative was attributed to Nadar and was probably made in a photo studio in Paris, Boulevard des Capucines, where Nadar organised in april 1874 an exhibition of impressionist paintings collecting together Renoir, Monet, Degas, Pissaro.
This unpublished negative is not mentioned in any biographical work concerning the life and works of Claude Monet.
